Blue Gold Macaw (Ara ararauna)
The Blue Gold is a large bird. The head, back, and wings are covered with a blue-green color. The frontal body plumage is yellow. The Blue and Gold has the whitish skin face mask (photos above).

Train-ability
Requires much attention, can be trained to talk. Requires large space due to large size. When hand raised they are very loving and playful. They are not cuddlers, they like to be on the move. Constant supervision is highly recommended as they like to chew and pull things apart.

Severe Macaw (Ara Severa)
Also known as the Chestnut Fronted Macaw. The plumage is iridescent green, the crown is blue. The shoulders are red. Flight and tail feathers are blue while the under side are dark reddish brown. The chin is a dark reddish brown. The beak is black with dark gray feet. Wing span is approximately 8 to 10 inches.

Origin: South America. Native to Venezuela through the Guyana’s and South to Northeast Brazil.
Train-ability
These feathered friends are extremely social and love to mimic speech. They are known for forming strong bonds with their human keepers. They are quite intelligent and should be provided plenty of toys, ropes, swings and LOTS and LOTS of wood to chew on. They eat a large variety of nuts, fruits, vegetables, seed and commercial pellets. They are well known for their playfulness and acrobatics.

Yellow Collared Macaw (Ara auricollis)
Also known as the Yellow Naped Macaw. The primary body color is bright green with blue flight feathers and red and blue feathers in the tail, as well as a yellow collar. Wing span is approximately 8 to 10 inches.

Jenday Conure (Aratinga jandaya)
The Jenday is a beautiful bird. The Jenday has a yellow head, with an orange front. It has green wings with dark indigo flight feathers and Green and indigo tail feathers. The Jenday has the white skin patch around the eye.

Train-ability
The Jendays are very playful and entertaining birds, and can be trained easily. They love to entertain and are considered clowns. Jendays can be taught to talk, though they are not well know for their talking ability.

Cockatiel (Leptolophus hollandicus)
Normal cockatiels are gray, with a patch of white on the wings. They have a yellow/white face with a bright orange patch over the 'ear'. Variations include : Pied (varying white patches cover body), Pearl, also known as Fancy or Lace Cockatiel (each feather retains a gray or cinnamon background color, with white or yellow pearl interspersed), Lutino (white body with yellow/white/ orange face), and Albino (white bird)

Train-ability
Very good personality. Can be trained to mimic whistles and short phrases. Some people say the males are more easily trained. However, this fact has been debated by many people.

Rosy Bourke (Neophema bourkii)
The Bourke's Grass Parakeet, also know as the Bourke's Parrot, is a quiet little bird, whose pleasant chirping is a delight for many. The Bourke's Parakeet is quite distinct in that its primary plumage is not green. They are mainly grey, pink, and blue, with a dark indigo blue flight feathers. The females are duller than the males. In addition to the wild type, also called "normal," there are several color mutations. Some of the most popular are the Rosy (also called Rosa), Yellow (also called the Cream) and the Pink Bourke. Bourke's have large eyes, this may be an adaptation to the fact that they are most active at sunrise and sunset, hence the nickname “The night parrot”.
